This is the last Windows 2000 compatible version.
Mp3tag is a utility that allows one to edit the ID3 
tags on audio files. 

For best compatibility, it is recommended that 
modified files be saved in the file format 
"ID3v2.3 UTF-16". To configure, open the Options
menu, and under "Tags - Mpeg", and in the "Write" box, 
deselect all except IDV2 (radio button ID3v2.3 UTF-16).

In order for Mp3tag to function, it must make calls to the 
Microsoft GDIPLUS Library.  This library unfortunately does 
not ship with Microsoft Windows 2000.

To upgrade Windows, simply drop this GDIPLUS.DLL file into 
the WINNT SYSTEM32 (or WINDOWS SYSTEM) directory.
