SkyChart (Cartes du Ciel) is a planetarium program, which allows 
you to prepare sky maps for a night of telescope observation.  
It can also directly control MEADE telescopes.  You can   
enhance it with Star catalogs, DSO catalogs, and pictures. 
A graphics card better than Nvidia G210 or ATI 5450 is suggested.   

NOTE: This is the last Win2k version.

As a bonus I offer three add-on databases:


Stars_4-0-3421.zip = Standard star catalog down to magnitude 12, 
                     including variables and double stars:
                     Tycho2, GCVS, and WDS; 
		     including a search index for SAO, BD, HD, and GC.

DSO_4-0-3431.zip = Standard nebulae catalog:
		   Barnard, Sh2, GCM, GPN, LBN, OCL, and Hyperleda;
		   including ~5 million galaxies from Hyperleda 2017. 

Pictures_4-0-3421.zip = ~9700 pictures of object in the SAC and OpenNGC catalogs.
			(After installing this package you need to open the 
			picture	setting and click the "Scan directory button").


More detailed (and therefore larger database size) SkyChart 
add-on catalogs are available.  The ones offered here however 
are suitable for the majority of users (database size vs detail).
