GopherS was witten by the European Microsoft Windows NT Academic Center
at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.  Unfortunately it is no 
longer in development.  The sofware runs as an NT "service", and is 
configured from a folder in "control panel".  

This server is stable,and very easy to add content to (it uses your file
system tree).  Links are stored in their associated directory folders, 
in special files labled "link.gfr" (format is similar to UMN "gopherd").

Note: use "GSI386.ZIP" for Windows 2000 and above.

CAUTION: The maximum PATH length for a file name is 106 characters (the
         PATH is everything in the Gopher URL that comes after the root
         "slash" character).
