UltraVNC is a varient of VNC (Virtual Network Computing).  
VNC uses the RFB protocol, and by default Port 5900.  
VNC is similar to the Windows Remote Desktop Protocol (formerly
Windows Terminal Services), in that it allows a client to 
remotely view (and manapulate) a computer running VMC server.

This download contains both the Server and Client (Viewer).
