Comdlg32.ocx is a Microsoft Visual Basic ActiveX Control DLL.  
Unlike most DLL files, it has to be "registered" in Windows 
before it will function.

The Common Dialog Control provides a standard set of dialog boxes 
for operations such as opening and saving files, setting print 
options, and selecting colors and fonts.  The control also has 
the ability to display Help by running the Windows Help engine.



Win2k Intallation Instructions:

	Copy comdlg32.ocx to the "C:\Windows\System32" directory.

	Run the command: "regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx" to activate.
