In order for software written with Visual C++ to run, it must 
make calls to the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.  This 
library unfortunately does not ship with Microsoft Windows 2000.

To upgrade Windows, simply drop this MSVCR80.DLL file into the 
WINNT SYSTEM32 (or WINDOWS SYSTEM) directory.

Visual C++ version 8 is -not- full backwards compatible with 
Visual C++ version 6. Some programs, such as those that use a 
TWAIN Source (Scanner) will need the earlier version 6.  

Simply drop this MSVCP60.DLL file into the WINNT SYSTEM32 
(or WINDOWS SYSTEM) directory.
