The Lame Encoder DLL (lame_enc.dll) is used by 
programs such as Audacity and Audiograbber to
convert files to MP3.

Simply unzip the Lame files into a directory 
(I suggest "C:\Program Files\Lame"), then as per
the using programs requirements; either point to 
the lame_enc.dll file (as with Audacity), or copy 
the lame_enc.dll file into the programs directory 
(as with Audiograbber).
