Frescobaldi is a progammer's text editor for LilyPond. It aims to be powerful, 
yet lightweight and easy to use. Although other text editors (including Notepad) 
can be used to create LilyPond Scripts, Frescobaldi has Wizards and can load a 
preview in an ajoining pane (LilyPond is -not- required to be installed, but 
you must have LilyPond installed for the preview feature to work).
