Windows 2000 comes with a suite of 
"Accessibility Options".  However one 
option that was not included (it comes 
with XP) was a Magnifying Glass utility.  

Virtual Magnifying Glass is a screen 
magnification tool.  The zoom window 
follows the mouse pointer, and can be 
dynamically resized.  Mouse scroll-wheel
dynamically controls zoom factor.
