Windows comes with the excellent "Character Map" utility
for selecting specific Font Characters.  However, except
for a rather lacking tool in "Explorer", there is no way
to easily manage fonts (or even view fonts not loaded 
into the "Font" folder).  

The AMP Font Viewer is a Font Manager designed to enhance
Windows by allowing you to view, add, and remove fonts
from the Fonts folder, or any folder containing potential
Fonts.  You can even print out the font samples.
