Lets face it.  When it comes to scripting, 
AutoHotKey is the bomb.  However, because it can 
do so much, it has a high learning curve, so it 
feels more like an ocean liner than a skiff.  

Quick Text Paste is a small HotKey utility that 
will paste text or launch a program, but requires 
little effort to understand how to use.  Perfect 
for people who, for example, just want to paste 
their email address into a memo.  

The program does NOT require installing.  Just 
place the program in a directory of your choice, 
and launch the EXE file.  

Caution: The program creates a file "QuickTextPaste.ini" 
in the directory you keep the program.
