SpywareBlaster Immunizes the Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox 
Browsers against many forms of Sypware, Malware, Dialers, Trojans, 
and Hijackers. SpywareBlaster requires "msvbvm60.dll" (which is not 
part of older Windows 2000 distributions).
 
For best results use in conjunction with a Firewall and Malware Cleaner 
[see: ZoneAlarm and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware].

Early releases of Microsoft Windows contain an older version of the 
Visual Basic DLL.  Unfortunately, much of the newer software that uses 
Visual Basic requires an updated Data Link Library.  

To upgrade Windows, simply drop this msvbvm60.dll file into the 
WINNT (or WINDOWS) SYSTEM32 directory.
